Jolmer Gerritse

Founder, director and member of the investment committee  -  Started working in the financial services industry in The Netherlands in 1971. After co-founding SNS Securities in 1981, until the foundation of Laaken Asset Management in 2005, he has been responsible for the financial well-being of institutional and private clients, and foundations with a global perspective. Jolmer was a board member of The Byrd Hoffman Water Mill Foundation and co-founder of the Shadow G-7 Economic Think Tank.

Sem Ongering, CFA

Director and member of the investment committee  -  before graduating from his dual degree master's in business economics from the University of Amsterdam and Universidad Pompeu Fabra Sem was already employed at Laaken Asset Management. After an internship at Rabobank Private Equity he joined full-time in 2011. In 2014 he past his last Chartered financial Analist Institute exam to become CFA charter holder and entered the executive board of  Laaken in 2014.

Rijnhard van Tets

Co-founder and chairman of the investment committee. Rijnhard served as member, and later as an adviser to the managing board of ABN AMRO Bank. He is non-executive chairman at Petrofac Ltd. and Chairman of the supervisory board of Euronext N.V. and BNP Paribas OBAM.

Sjoukje Tuinema

Raoul Witteveen

Graduated from Erasmus University in general and business economics. His working experience includes Thyssen-Bornemisza Group in London, management buy outs such as Bols in Amsterdam and Interpool in New York, and successful start-ups: Trac Lease, Blueline, Ocean Point Development. Raoul is a board member of the Witteveen Dekker Foundation and founder of Metta Enlightenment which assists children in developing countries with their education.
